Privacy Policy for ColorTap Kids

Last updated: June 2, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how ColorTap Kids and Keaton Smiley handle information when you use the ColorTap Kids app or submit a message through the support form on this website.

Information stored by the app

ColorTap Kids is designed to keep your coloring progress on your device. This may include page progress, color choices, and related app state needed to reopen your work later.

The app also stores downloaded catalog pages and purchase entitlement state on your device so paid or downloaded pages can be shown correctly. ColorTap Kids does not offer user accounts, public profiles, or subscriptions.

Remote catalog and downloads

ColorTap Kids may contact the remote catalog at https://colortapkids-catalog.pages.dev to load available coloring pages, pack metadata, previews, line art, and region-map assets. This catalog is served through Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare's CDN.

Cloudflare may process basic technical request information, such as IP address, device/browser request details, timestamps, and requested URLs, as needed to deliver the catalog and protect the service. Catalog requests are used to provide app content and diagnose availability or download issues.

Information you submit through support

If you use the support form on the home page, you may provide:

  • Your name, if you choose to include it
  • Your email address, if you want a reply
  • Your subject line and message

The form processor may also receive basic technical details associated with a submission, such as timestamps and IP address information.

Purchases

Paid coloring packs are handled through Apple StoreKit and the App Store. Apple processes purchase requests, payment details, receipts, refunds, Family Sharing or approval flows where available, and related transaction records under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

ColorTap Kids uses StoreKit product identifiers and verified entitlement information to unlock purchased packs and restore purchases. The app does not receive or store your full payment card details.

How information is used

Information is used to:

  • Respond to support requests
  • Troubleshoot bugs and app issues
  • Improve app stability, support quality, and the overall user experience

Third-party services

Support form submissions on this website are processed by Formspree. Formspree may process submitted information under its own privacy and security practices. GitHub Pages may process basic hosting-related request information when serving this site. Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare's CDN may process basic request information when serving the remote catalog and catalog assets. Apple processes App Store and StoreKit purchase information under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

Support requests may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep records of support interactions, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations.

You can delete local coloring progress and downloaded pages by removing the app from your device. Purchase records and refund handling are managed by Apple. To request deletion of support form information submitted through this website, use the support form and include the email address or details needed to identify the request. Parents or guardians may submit deletion requests for a child's support submission.

Your choices

You can leave optional support form fields blank. If you do not want to share information through the support form, you can choose not to submit a request.

You can choose not to buy paid packs. Some remote catalog requests are needed for the app to show and download catalog content.

Children

If a child uses ColorTap Kids, a parent or guardian should review app use and support submissions where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
