Manage your habits

  1. Create: From the dashboard, tap the plus button and choose Manual setup or Atomize. Manual setup lets you enter a name, choose a color, and adjust Advanced options before saving. Atomize uses Apple Intelligence to help define a small action and plan; confirm its choices with Submit, then review and save the habit.
  2. Understand the shades: Zero completions is Not started. Progress below the daily goal is In progress; reaching the goal is Complete. One completion counts as showing up. With a daily goal of one, the habit moves straight from Not started to Complete.
  3. Log today: Slide the step-control handle right to add one completion or mark Done. Slide it left to undo. Tap the rest of the card to open habit detail, where the monthly calendar lets you correct past entries.
  4. Schedule and reminders: Choose every day, specific weekdays, or a flexible number of days per week. Notifications are optional and require permission. Atomize can offer a notification five minutes before a scheduled habit time. Fixed-day notifications follow those weekdays; flexible weekly goals receive a daily notification at the chosen time. Change or disable notifications in Edit → Advanced.
  5. Personal statement: On supported devices, opening habit detail can generate a short statement with Apple Intelligence. Refine lets you discuss its meaning and submit new wording. Explicit meaning you share can be remembered locally during the conversation, even before you submit a replacement statement. See AI processing and storage.
  6. Edit: Open a habit, tap Edit, make your changes, and tap Save. You can also touch and hold a habit card and choose Edit Habit.
  7. Archive: Touch and hold a habit card, then choose Archive Habit. Archiving removes it from the dashboard without deleting its history.
  8. Restore: Open Settings, choose Archived Habits, then swipe right on a habit or touch and hold it and choose Restore.
  9. Delete permanently: Open Settings → Archived Habits. Swipe left on a habit or touch and hold it, choose Delete, then confirm Delete Permanently. This removes the habit and all of its history and cannot be undone inside Dailoom.

Apple Intelligence chat and statements require iOS 26 or later, eligible hardware, enabled Apple Intelligence, and a supported language and region. Private Cloud Compute is used when available on iOS 27 or later and needs internet access; on-device fallback is available when supported. Cloud usage limits can apply. Manual setup, logging, and history remain available without AI. Voice input requires microphone permission and supported on-device speech resources; typing remains available if speech is unavailable.

Local data and app removal

Your habit names, descriptions, schedules, optional links, appearance choices, and daily history are stored locally in Dailoom’s app container on your iPhone. Dailoom does not provide an account or its own cloud-sync service.

Deleting Dailoom removes its local data from that iPhone. Apple-managed iCloud or computer backups may still contain an earlier copy of app data according to your device backup settings. Restoring such a backup may restore that earlier data. See the Privacy Policy’s backup details.

Purchases and refunds

Dailoom is sold as a one-time, paid App Store download with no Dailoom subscription or in-app purchase. Apple may offer additional Private Cloud Compute access through iCloud+; this is an Apple service. Apple processes purchases, payment methods, and refund requests; the Dailoom developer cannot access or change your Apple purchase record.

For billing help or to see whether a purchase is eligible for a refund, sign in at Apple’s Report a Problem. You can also read Apple’s refund instructions or contact Apple Support.
